Marie Osmond’s son, Michael Blosil, reportedly offed himself by jumping from a building in downtown L.A. on Friday evening. Blosil is said to have left a note indicating that he planned to end his life, after a long struggled with depression. He texted his neighbor, which the note referred to as his only good friend in the city, and said he was leaving a note behind for her. It’s believed that he then jumped from his apartment window. “Entertainment Tonight” was the first to report the story, and quoted Marie Osmond as saying, “My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time.” Michael has struggled with depression, and even chemical dependency in the past, which led to a stint in rehab in November of 2007 when his parents divorced. Marie Osmond was last seen nationally on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” in 2007.<---This is so sad and tragic. Praying for the Osmond family.
Former “Growing Pains” actor Andrew Koenig took his own life, which was revealed at a press conference late Thursday after his body was discovered by friends who had formed their own search party to look for him in Vancouver. The cause of death was not, however, revealed at that time. Sources now say that Koenig’s body was discovered hanging from a tree in Vancouver’s Stanley Park. He was found that way by one of his friends in a group of 11 who had taken it upon themselves to track him down, even though there were already three authorized search and rescue teams on the case. Andrew’s body was found in a dense area of trees a fair distance from one of the main paths – an indicator that he didn’t want to be found at the time that he took his own life. “Star Trek” vet and Andrew’s dad, Walter Koenig, was alerted, after which he identified his son’s body.At this point, authorities have ruled out foul play, but the coroner’s office says that the precise cause of death may not be unveiled for another couple of months. Vancouver police are still declining todiscuss the incident with the press. <---Wow another life lost. So Sad! People please help your depressed friends. Jersey Shore” star Snooki has had a tweetably terrific brush with death! She was present at a party – along with fellow “Jersey Shore” cast mate Vinny Guadagnino and actor Chris Noth – that was in celebration of the Jewish celebration, Purim Saturday night, and during the festivities, ice caused the glass atrium in the Sony Plaza to shatter. Snooki was quick to give a Twitter update, reassuring that nobody was seriously hurt in the incident, posting, “It’s okay Vin and I are still alive…” Vinny commented, as well, with, “I think me and @sn00ki felt the wrath for not being Jewish.” While there were no major injuries, they did have to treat a dozen or so people for very minor scrapes and scratches.<---Is it wrong of me that I kinda wish that roof would have landed right on top of Snooki? lol just jokes
